Sundaram Ravikumar, MD, a Post Graduate from Delhi University, New Delhi in India, completed his Surgical Residency at Westchester Medical Center – New York Medical College. Dr. Ravikumar is a trained vascular surgeon and board certified general surgeon.

Dr. Ravikumar is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery. He was awarded as the Fellow in general Surgery by New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation in affiliation with The New York Medical College. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a Member of Regional, National, and International Vascular and Surgical Societies. He is on the faculty position of New York Medical College at Lincoln Hospital & Westchester Medical center and Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center.

Dr. Ravikumar has authored numerous scientific, medical and surgical publications, including “Balloon Occlusion for IVC Injury.” He is the recipient of the "Humanitarian Services Award " by the Westchester County Board of Legislator and Fordham University. Dr. Ravikumar has invented numerous medical & surgical devices to facilitate "patient care" such as minimally invasive 2.3 mm invasive surgical instrument, pressure maintained compression bandage for varicose veins and ulcer wounds, and much more.

Dr. Ravikumar has had a vascular surgery practice in both Dobbs Ferry and Mount Vernon for nearly 20 years and is excited to grow his reach to the general population through his urgent care facilities.
